One of the secondary and later main characters in my story is Ingvy, named after the god of fertility and Freya's brother, Freyr, aka Yngvi or Yngvi-Freyr. Yep, the first and last letters of the name were simply swapped...
< In his current appearance Ingvy is a tall, eternally young warrior with an axe and sometimes a kusarigama, forged with the enchanted metals of Midgard by the great blacksmith dwarf Brok.
Ingvy's most iconic power is his pyromancy abilities (which unfortunately are not shown on references...), which he can fine-tune very much. So, just as he can light a little flame on his finger and light a candle, he can release a devastating wall of fire that can turn a high-rise building into a slurry. In addition, he can ignite objects with his fire without the need to cover them with a combustible substance and use objects as a wire.
So, the metal from which kusarigama's blade is made was mined in Midgard and has the most powerful fire resistance, which allows you to use fire weapons for a very long time without damaging the blade. Yes, Ingvy's fire still affects what he touches. This cannot be controlled.
Ingvy is a very short-tempered but good person who really hates liars. He doesn't really hold back his emotions, but he keeps himself in check with people he respects, loves, and appreciates. >
