She wasn’t happy. Pre-op PA of unflattering endo tx. Decisions, retx w Ca Hyd to arrest inflam resorption, etc. Or tx surgically? CBCT , sag view. I could medicate forever, it wouldn’t heal. Surg all the way, or extract. She said extraction wasn’t happening. (4108). Post - op PA then 15 month recall PA. She’s happy.
