⸻ Ares doesn't remember much but knew he was never human . He will tell you that his earliest memory is of carrying a bronze ax, placing his inception in the Bronze Age. He fought in wars and reveled in it. On top of the great war between the species, he fought in the Trojan War (1194 BC to 1184 BC), was part of Alexander the Great's army (336 BC - 326 BC) and witnessed the death of Julius Caesar on March 15, 44 BC, and in the wars that led to the Roman Empire's downfall (on the Germanic side) in AD 456.

A beauty like no other , in katya's first life fell in love with what her people called A MONSTER. oh, but when is a monster not a monster ? when you love it. and she did ... which costed her life , a curse , and 4 more lifetimes of falling in love with the very same monster every thousand of years .
⸻ and yet , something went wrong this time even before she was reborn. 500 years too early , Katya was born and lived in a one room with her mother. a coven , holding them captive until one day the two of them managed to escape, where they would eventually end up being helped by a priest yet still live in poor conditions. One night when she was 6 years old , her mother was gone and when it got dark out , katya sneaked out to look for her and she eventually found her almost dead while trying to drag herself back to her.
⸻ because the priest was fond of them yet did not have much , he did give her a proper funeral but could not take care of katya and With no living relatives, she was placed in the state care system and lived with foster families. After spending some time in a children's home she was taken in by the first couple who had seen her, who quickly returned her. yet never said why.
⸻ this would happen constantly until an old woman ( a witch ) noticed her and adopted her. Yrsa, who sometimes taunted that katya was cursed but never explained why or what kind. Rambles of an old woman , but she was grateful for her because despite her harsh and grumpy ways , Yrsa was fond of the girl and katya always loved sitting under the piano while her the old woman practiced.
⸻ eventually age would catch up to the woman as she would fall ill, when katya turned 23. Quitting college, and getting a job to pay for medical bills , katya never minded as she was always wanted to pay he back and for 6 years , she did . Yrsa died peacefully in her sleep the day after christmas .
⸻ Ever since Yrsa died Katya suffered from nightmarish sleepwalking episodes in which she screamed the words "INFERNIS" , "CASSIUS" , "DEATH" , among many more . In her dreams, katya sees different versions of herself and a dark figure, who was calling her back to the city of infernis. Her adopted relative at the time had taken her to numerous doctors, but no amount of therapy or medicine helped Katya's illness because her condition , unknown to her , was supernatural.

It was then that she decided to leave to Infernis. Leaving her adopted relative the home she grew up in with yrsa.
