Activated Carbon for Waste-to-Energy Power Plants
Waste-to-energy plants burn domestic garbage to generate power, but the combustion process produces complex flue gas containing toxic pollutants. Special activated carbon is an essential and efficient environmental filter material for deep flue gas purification in waste power plants.
It is a modified powdered activated carbon with developed micropores and large adsorption capacity. Different from ordinary carbon, it is specially adapted to high-temperature flue gas working conditions. It can effectively adsorb harmful substances such as dioxins, heavy metals, sulfides and peculiar smell gas, making up for the deficiencies of conventional dust removal and desulfurization equipment.
During operation, carbon powder is sprayed evenly into the flue duct to fully mix with flue gas. It stably traps tiny toxic impurities through physical adsorption and is finally collected by dust removal devices. Featuring high temperature resistance and stable performance, it supports long-term continuous operation without secondary pollution.
This professional activated carbon greatly reduces flue gas pollution, helps power plants meet emission standards, improves surrounding air quality, and guarantees clean and environmentally friendly waste power generation.
