I've ridden over 300000km in South Australia but every ride I can still find new epic places like this. I find crits, road shoes and standard road gearing just dont suit my personality any more. October 2002. Just rode 2800km solo unsupported and vegan from Radelaide to Perth in 15 days on my CAAD3 Cannondale. I wore this Hawaii shirt the entire time as I didn't even pack a jersey. In the photo is my older bros Jason and Julian. I used wake up early to steal Julians Redline BMX on the weekends and ride it around the local roads before he woke up. Jason drove his Moto when he was 16 from Perth to Radelaide and that set the tone to do epic shit on 2 wheels.
