#indigo rambles

I made keychains! This has been genuine months in the making because I made the big beads myself. They're made of wooden beads that I wrapped with epoxy sculpt clay to make them bigger. I painted them with acrylic paint and covered them with a clear coat so they (hopefully) survive the weather. I recently got the smaller beads so today I was able to put them together. They're gonna go on my two bags and we'll see how long they survive ^^

How I feel about this character

Guy who was made to hurt me specifically, I've been into pathologic since I was 15 so it's impacted me a lot, Daniil himself has had such a big impact on my personality, my top kin, hate this man, wish him nothing but the worst <3, truly a guy of all time I do not stop thinking about him, his plushie is my favourite stress toy. I get him so much even when he's being a little shit I get it, no1 blorbo of all time

All the people I ship romantically with this character

just burakhovsky, always and forever. I didn't really get it when I was initially getting into patho, but not even a month into playing the game I had a dream where I was Daniil on the steppe and Artemy took my heart out so it's never really been a choice who I ship with him.

on a serious level I could rant for HOURS about why they're the only real ship (/j) and how well they mirror and compliment one another, they're such similar people and yet so so incredibly different. Used to be one guy and we will all be doomed if they ever went back again.

I want to see them get together and then divorced and get together and etc etc etc, they can have any dynamic ever, depending on the route/circumstances you put them through they have literally endless possibilities.

I have always been a sucker for soulmates and two people who are actually one though

My non-romantic OTP for this character

continuing the idea of two people who are one! Clara! God I love their dynamic, Daniil is the only adult who actually sees Clara as a child but he also recognises that she wouldn't accept his help so he gives her really stupid things to do for money. I think they're such a good and underrated father daughter relationship in this game and also I am biased because I love the healers so much

second choice is Aglaya, I already went off on this in her ask response but oh boy <3 I love these two they should have the world's most toxic lavender marriage

My unpopular opinion about this character

god so many, no one gets him like me truly.

uhhhh he's autistic, very strictly gay, trans, and on the aroace spectrum (ace demiromantic personal hc) I also fully think he's Jewish because I have only met other Jews with his opinions on things.

he's a very kind person who is trying his best, he just gets rude sometimes and people take that to mean that he's a bad person which is stupid, he deserves to be even more of an asshole considering the things he's going through but people miss the entire point and expect him to be 'nice'.

he's also not a Utopian. You wouldn't call Artemy a Termite, stop calling Daniil a Utopian, it's flat out inaccurate and flattens down his character to being in love with the Tower, which he isn't, he's in love with what the Polyhedron means and how it relates to his struggle against fate.

One thing I wish would happen / had happened with this character in canon.

I wish Artemy got to kill him as his sacrifice for termite ending. I have multiple rants about this already but it would have been so good

Ok. so. there’s this girl named Kira Rainier and she has a crush on this guy named Marcus Oxley and he’s… well.. nerdy. Marcus and Kira don’t even know eachother. Kira just thinks Marcus is super cool and since he’s nerdy and she has no friends, he seems perfect. so Kira starts out working up the courage to ask him out but there’s a new girl. She’s in Marcus’ band class. Her name is Kai Winterton. Without Kira knowing, Marcus and Kai become friends, best friends, and eventually.. bf/gf. one day, Kira decides to go to the arcade/roller rink after school. Kira does competitive roller skating, but she’s just going for fun.. She skates around, sipping on her soda blissfully unaware of what’s going to happen next. She skates faster and faster, spinning around and around, the world becomes a blur. Until. she hears marcus’ voice. she flips her head around to stare and Kai and Marcus on a DATE together. holding hands and laughing. She drops her soda and stares. She sprints home and is obviously upset, crying to Teenage Dream by Katy Perry to feel better. Around an hour later, she goes down for dinner. She tells her mom and dad what happened, and her dad chimes in “why not just fight him?” So, the next day at lunch, Kira decides to say something to Marcus. Kira sees Marcus and Kai just having the time of their lives. So, after a lot of guts, Kira goes over to Marcus. “M-Marcus?” her voice is shaky. the words “fight” ring in her ears. she can’t take it anymore. She violently grips marcus on the shoulders and pins him down. She closes her eyes and punches Marcus in the nose. multiple. times. she doesn’t keep count. she doesn’t care. she only stops when she felt Marcus’ body go limp. She slowly opened her eyes. His glasses were broken, his nose was gushing with blood, his head hanged back. what just happened? what did she just do? She walked to the hospital straight after school instead of going home. her parents probably know anyways. she sat outside of Marcus’ hospital room. waiting. until.. someone hugs her. it’s her dad. He brought roller skates and her favorite plush. her beagle. Kira’s dad pauses and whispers “nothing you say in there will be as bad as what you just did.” Kira stands up, and knocks on the door. a hesitant “come in.” can be heard. Kira and Marcus lock eyes. Marcus is holding a juice box, tissues stuffed in his nose. a small iv in his left wrist. Kira slumps in the chair besides his bed and huddles herself into her legs again. she’s quietly trembling with tears. until, out of the blue, Marcus says: “they’re giving me a lot of juice.” Kira stared at Marcus in disbelief. “What?” she thought. “Does he not care?” Kira gave a shakey smile. “Marcus?” Kai stood in the doorway. Kira stood up so fast she felt dizzy. She ran out of there so fast. she sloppily threw her skates on and skated home. she needed to get out of the FAST.
