Selene was going to die today. It’d be all over the news...First League Champion dies from suffocation and lack of air.

Why would she think this?

Well.....

“C-Cmon Mr. Red! Y-You wanna know how to do the Z-Move correct?” She managed to get out without losing her composure and dying from the very image of Red....RED and his pikachu doing the Z-Move.

She had her own Pikachu “Astro” resting on her hat, the Pikanium-Z Crystal on a necklace tied around his neck. Watching his trainer trying to convince another trainer with a pikachu something....

“It’s simple! It’s simple! It also proves the bond between you and your pokemon! You and Pikachu have a very strong bond right? C-Cmon your Z-Move would be awesome!”

Oh. Please. Please. Please. PLEASE say yes. Ever since she’d met Red and his Pikachu at the Battle Tree, she had the natural impulse to see this stoic and powerful trainer to see him do this ridiculous dance. The memory would be one of her most treasured ones. She would probably die from too much laughter. But it’d be WORTH it.

       “The nerve of this guy,” Hugh caught himself muttering. He’d smashed, climbed, and pushed rocks from the base to the peak of the hollow mountain all for the chance to see a so-called legendary trainer for himself. However, the farther he’d gone the more he thought of how arrogant someone must be to make people struggle up an entire mountain for a meeting. “I don’t even know if this trainer exists,” pain shot up his leg, then he cursed and slammed a fist on his thigh. An added frustration was how he’d messed up his leg during the hike. He glared at the nearing peak and then tapped his legs as if to wake them up, “Don’t give up on me yet.” 

      He hiked up quietly the rest of way, save for the times when his leg bothered him too much he had to force out a groan. Soon he’d reached a level that he’d assumed to be the highest room. He navigated the caverns until he reached the exit.

       The young trainer was greeted by a strong gust of cold wind as he advanced through the mountain’s exterior. His vision was blurred by the mass of snow in the air, and he could already feel the cold sting throughout the exposed parts of skin on his body. He stumbled and limped forward until a semblance of a person became visible. This is the place. His heart pounded against his chest, and for a moment it was as if his burning excitement could’ve melted away any form of frostbite. He stood his ground and fell silent for a moment, raised his head, and pulled out a pokeball from his jacket.

     Hugh shouted past the howling of the wind, “You must be Red.” He’d realized that the irritation he’d had towards the image of that ‘Legendary Trainer’ had faded now. In Red’s presence, Hugh had no doubt he was someone deserving of the hike. Red was the real deal, and as bit of legendary as anyone had said. At the very next moment a grin was plastered on the Unovian’s face.

12. How are they bodily expressive? How do they use nonverbal cues such as their posture, stance, eyes, eyebrows, mouths, and hands?

Maxie: He’s less careful about his stance and when his emotions show, it becomes really obvious that he’s in a particular state of emotion. His lips and hands are the most expressive; he tends to click with his tongue when annoyed and gesticulates a lot when talking about his one true passion.

Fontaine: A master of body language, he knows that people will read him based on his non-verbal cues more than that of his speech so he’s careful to control it. Of course, he does let it slip once in a while wherein if annoyed his eyes would glaze over/look blank.

♥ - my opinion of their romantic/sexual habits

I honestly don’t think Steven has much interest in romance. At least romance that has to deal with him being head over heels for someone. To me, Steven is a man in the pursuit of knowledge. He has to juggle being a Champion, Being the heir to a wealthy corporation, Protecting his Region, and his hobby of studying rare stones which might be the closest thing he has to something of his own. If anything, I just don’t think he has the time for a romantic pursuit on someone.But!! If somehow he does end up being romantically involved with someone then oh, man! That gentlemanly personality, his knowledge of the Pokemon world, and the fact that this guy has traveled through several regions. I’m sure he has /all/ the important contacts that he could always whip up the perfect date night no prob.
