We thought at that time to create that trust no matter what once someone knows about us or buys any item from us. Once they trust you they start to like you & slowly they start to love you. So as mentioned in the previous part we took some hard & creative decisions.

These are the following Steps how we have created this Brand "INDIACRAFTS"

1) Choose the Right & Non-Branded Product

2) Choose a Familiar Name for your brand & it should be an exclusive one. *

3) Your product should be in the need Catagory not in the Luxury Catagory

4) If you are choosing some product in the Luxury then also make sure to add a need category product

5) Also, register the product in the National & International Marketplaces.

6) Don't just deliver the product, deliver experience with a story

7) Continuously increase the product category under the same brand name

8) Put the customer first & track their experience by yourselves all the time by call, mail or whats app.

9) Try to be the No.1 Seller in your category within 1 year of the launch of your product

10) Create the Flywheel Effect with your Business & Brand.

It is the month of June & around this time I generally take some decisions & do change the path of my life somewhat. But this year is not at all like the year before neither it is like any year since I can remember. This year I am a lot positive & things I have planned is finally moving along especially one project. Last summer was a very big frustration for me & I know how I had to give up my dream Digidocs project. But having said that last year around the month of June & July I have created another business which is finally giving me some spring in my steps. Though it is not yet one year old & it has not become a very big brand yet bIt i am sure within two to three-year I am going to make it the biggest handicraft brand in the country & 10 years down the line I will make it the biggest brand in the world.

The brand I am talking about is none other than INDIACRAFTS (www.india-crafts.in). As i said before it is barely 8 months when we started full-scale operation & by today we have already shipped our products to more than 12 countries & with a customer base of more than 10000. The numbers may not be in millions as of now but the fact Crafts is not a need & still more than 10000 customer is a real achievement. Revenue or Profit may not be in billions but I know we have served more than 10k smiles already & as they say "The Game Has Just Began". Today i would like to share how we achieved all this in a short story.

It all began when i decide to justify Pipili Chandua the respect it deserves in international Level. By the way it is world famous craft & only found in Pipili, Odisha. So i knew from the day one i had a great product only thing required it how to make it a need for people.

We took some decisions that was really important & made us create profit from nothing.

Pipili is famous in all over the world for its Handicraft works & here is 10 adorable product you would buy immediately if you know the rich history & heritage of it.

1) Pipili Chandua .  One of the most iconic piece of Handmade Work you will ever find for your Home Decor. The History of Chandua goes way back to 12th Century. Since then generation after generation are carrying the tradition forward. You also can easily find it in Lord Jagannath's Cart in World Famous Cart Festival.

3) Dhokra Art . Dhokra is non–ferrous metal casting using the lost-wax casting technique. This sort of metal casting has been used in India for over 4,000 years and is still used. One of the earliest known lost wax artefacts is the dancing girl of Mohenjo-daro. The product of dhokra artisans are in great demand in domestic and foreign markets because of primitive simplicity, enchanting folk motifs and forceful form. Dhokra horses, elephants, peacocks, owls, religious images, measuring bowls, and lamp caskets etc., are highly appreciated. The lost wax technique for casting of copper based alloys has also been found in China, Egypt, Malaysia, Nigeria, Central America, and other places.
