For those of you that know me, you know I'm not one for taking vitamins, or pills of any kind, but one thing I've been missing the last few months is taking eht. It's the one vitamin that has helped me get the most sound sleep without self medicating. It also helps assist in keeping me into routine and encourages self care. Plus I don't get interrupted when I'm having awesome dreams about transforming into a giant white bird.
