We were working on flour sacks today and began by using line of action to make believable figures in different and interesting positions. The goal was to try and express different emotions or movements in the sack of flour which was challenging at first but was also interesting to try something like give inanimate object feelings and expressions. Now I've tried it once I think it'll turn out better next time and some of the positions look good but also ones like screaming or lying down don't make any sense without the description of what they are underneath.
