I wasn’t a huge fan of White Castle before I went vegan. I had eaten there once, maybe twice. Well anyway, I finally got to try the Impossible slider. This was also my first time trying an Impossible product. I got it without cheese of course, so I figured it would be boring. Actually, it was quite flavorful. The patty consistency is meaty and dense. I might have some again before they are discontinued, but i’m not going to go out of my way to get some. At the end of the day, it’s fast food, and White Castle has always kind of grossed me out.
