IMPORTANT REMINDER  that  for  a  large  portion  of  effy’s  younger  years  she  was  a  mute,   &   then  a  selective  mute  before  finally  holding  normal  conversations.     but  still,   she  keeps  most  responses  short   &   even  when  angry,   her  voice  doesn’t  grow  substantially  loud.     &   her  tone  is  rather  flat  as  well.     if  she  does  speak  for  a  long  amount  of  time  in  order  to  get  all  the  information  out,   she  does  take  generous  pauses.
