Twelfth Night Act One Scene 1

I did not weight in today. I already knew what to expect. The past few weeks have been a challenge for me. I was hoping for a situation to occur and when it didn't I took it really hard. I allowed myself to deal with it with food. I knew what consequences would be but I did it anyways. A member at today's #weightwatchers meeting brought up this quote visiting leader said a few weeks ago and it really helped me. Instead of using the word hard you could say hate. I hate trying to lose weight and I hate being overweight. Which am I ok living with? I'm not ok being overweight. #imnevergivingup #BethShereyf #bethsheshrinks
