Arthur went straight for the coffee with a mumbled ‘thank you’, and immediately poured some into his mouth, regardless of the heat and bitterness. Just as quickly, he grimaced and shuddered. Oh, yeah, he needed that cream and sugar.
“It’s....almost there.” The blond put the mug down on the table and reached for the cream bowl first with his right hand, mumbling out another quiet ‘thank you’ as he poured some into his coffee. “I still have to test it and make sure all the sensors will work properly - the documentary that gave me the idea didn’t go into detail on the science, and it’s still new enough that there’s not a lot of public research about it...” Arthur shrugged, and started to add (perhaps too much) sugar.
“But nothing caught fire last night, so that’s a good sign, right?”
