hey! i love your tutorials, they are really helping how i color my gifs. i was just wondering if you had any advice or good methods for uploading gifs to put on a tumblr page ( or off-site hosting i'm down for either )?
hi there!! thank you so much, i'm so glad you find them helpful! so, i personally don't really have any tips as i make icons and upload them to my icons page pretty infrequently and it's always a tedious process.
to put it as simply as i can, i've always created a new draft -> uploaded the icons -> saved the draft -> opened my icons page in a new tab -> copied and pasted each image URL one at a time -> rinse and repeat until i've finished. it was always more time-consuming for me because my icons are organized in color order (personal preference) and the theme i use has filters for various categories the icons fall under.
but this is a pain in the ass for just a few icons/images/gifs and would be a nightmare to do if you're uploading a ton. HOWEVER! i remembered my friend alex @loveisdumb replying to a post of mine one time a while back about a way to mass-upload images in instances like this so i reached out to him and he came through!! he also wanted me to say that if you have any additional questions, you can always message him and he'll do his best to help out!
