Both of my boys were born to this song. Both on the 11th day of their birth month. After 20 years of throwing some of the strangest birthday parties ever (we’re all on the spectrum in some way here) I was officially dumped for a girlfriend and a friend this year. Normally, I wake him up and tell him the story about the day he was born and we listen to this song. I guess everything ends and it’s bittersweet but I’m so thankful that he’s happy and spending his day with other people that love him. I guess that’s the goal after all 💗💗💗

I also find holding something works, hold it, squeeze it (not glass or anything with the potential to hurt obviously) like a teddy bear or a pillow, I sometimes go to the freezer and get a lil bit of ice n squeeze that, coldness shocks me out of my funk, then when ur hands are real cold squish ur cheeks (u pick which cheeks ;) ) and just breathe deeply so u can hear ur own breathing
