Oh Masterchef... see what you made me do. Simple “Wagyu” Salpicao. Soy sauce, garlic, olive oil, sugar, salt and pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and finished with butter in the last three minutes in the pan. Too bad I didn’t have an open bottle of wine, but flavours still complex enough without it due to just around 45 minutes of marinade, and 15 minutes on high!
