I was inspired by a friend who posted before and after pictures of an anxiety attack. This is my own version, as something I struggle with is depression. The before photo was taken during one of my "Depressed moments" ( as my depression usually comes and goes in hours, or even moments ). The after is a photo that I would normally post on social media, with makeup, hair done and a big smile. This took bravery to post, but I did it to say: It is easy to see pretty pictures online and think how perfect someone must be, but we all struggle with something. Love to all of you, and remember, never compare yourself to a photo online. We are all human. Love, Sweeterthan-tea
