and babylon 5 is over. i will also think of this very fondly. i really, really, really love how sheridan resolved the shadow situation. basically saying fuck off to both the vorlons and the shadows. never forget it.
but these last two episodes are such a fucking downer to me. i dont know why but it hit me super negatively. by destroying babylon 5 straight up, not even turning it into a museum or something, its like... almost like destroying history to me :D its no wonder that eventually life returns back to the same cyclical nature of violence.
especially because nobody fucking helped Londo!!! like what a cursed arc, that is. he starts as this naive, arrogant, guy, who gets to do the job nobody wants to do, through this job gains massive connections, his own decisions lead to the destruction of the narn homeworld, in the end though he genuinely apologizes to g'kar, and does everything possible to make the centauri less... imperial. and then he just gets fucking "possessed" by an alien spider??? and he fucking does the same thing to sheridan's son???? like.. :( how, how the fuck did nobody notice??? telepaths still exist, so why? why?
and then sheridan's death?? the way he WANTED to die?? so selfish. poor Delenn, man. he fucked her up. like, in that final shot, Susan claims that she still, everyday, keeps going to that bench and watch the sun come up. she didnt deserve that at all :(((
also, i hate that lenier did the thing. i mean, i suppose it makes sense, but still, i would've vastly prefered if they spun it the other way. and not this lovesick "i will wait until you love me, or if you cant, atleast until you respect me" which like, bro, she already did respect you :( so much. but you just couldnt see it, i guess.
it was so hard to watch. just as hard as that one episode where sheridan just gets tortured for 40 straight minutes XDD
anyway, i watched the first episode of farspace, and i fucking love it. so im immediately starting a new first watch thing and lets do farscape. i love the fucking space witch, the fucking disgraced warrior, the overtaken noble.. the peacekeeper, struggling with its own creation.. its gonna be interesting, plus i love the fact that they are all "criminals" XD gonna be fresh, i think. plus, seeing Cam and Vala in new character roles is gonna be interesting to me
