Reassignment
Hive City...
Little appeared to have changed since the last trial, and matters home had wrapped up nicely. So it left him curious as to why he was back; last time, he'd practically sought a way to chase Aichi himself, but this... was nothing to do with him.
He no longer harboured a duty, he was an ordinary person. But that in itself hadn't been sufficient to evade relocation into the peculiar city. And there was the benefit that it was far less embroiled in madness than his previous inception. The skies were clear, bright. Almost peaceful.
Scanning the immediate area, he'd let loose a sigh; Q-3. That put him in the sector directly opposite Aichi, and where he'd been previously. The passage of time was something he couldn't be sure of; they'd all resumed life at home as if no-one had vanished, but something told him... convinced him they were still within the city.
And not just them, as whilst surveying the bustling plaza, amber hues locked onto another familiar face. Someone whom should have been relieved of their duty just as his. They had returned to their ordinary lives so what was--
"Rati--"
--doing here?
