This song starts off with the words "It's electric." This is very definitely a first gen sound, but it wouldn't be too out of place with some of the younger, cute groups that have debuted in the last couple of years. Give this to ILLIT or IVE or BABYMONSTER or MEOVV or ITZY. I could see those groups having a lot of fun with a song like this.
