who cooks normally?: pretty even split. alfred likes to take over if grilling is involved though.

how often do they fight?: a hefty amount of bickering, but very very few real fights. 

what do they do when they’re away from each other?: alfred will make things or play games or watch tv. regardless, he always gets super into it and loses track of time. mattie plays hockey or might go on a short trip. he also tends to lose track of time, but is very aware if he hasn’t heard from alfred recently.

nicknames for each other?: al/mattie :D 

who is more likely to pay for dinner?: alfred by the tiniest margin. but what really happens is they agree to split but alfred ends up eating a bit more. it happens enough that mattie’s started asking him to kick in a few extra dollars.

who steals the covers at night?: it’s a blanket war.

what would they get each other for gifts?: alfred gets him stuff with a maple leaf on it. :) he’s tried buying hockey gear, but he’s usually just a bit off (stick too short, wrong style pads, etc). matthew will get alfred the latest pop culture fad or science-y magazines.

who remembers things?: they are both surprisingly awful at remembering dates/times. matthew will remember every single thing alfred did wrong, and can also recall very specific hockey stats. alfred knows baseball stats and movie quotes.

who cusses more?: matthew, but under his breath

what would they do if the other one was hurt?: alfred would definitely overreact, promptly and loudly and without asking questions. matthew….would focus more on caring for alfred. if it was a person that hurt him, i could see him being surprisingly cold towards them.

who kissed who first?: matthew~!

who made the first move?: …matthew again.
