If your character is dressed up as a mummy, they will become a mummy themselves. They will have the fragile body of the mummy, and the way they speak will be affected by this as well.

More information:

The campers are aware that they are their characters. However, their thoughts are also affected by the persona or personality of the costume or character. Example would be when the character is a devil, the demigod has both the idea of good and bad, but the devil persona pushes for the bad deed.

Campers can control their bodies. An example would be if the costume is a horror movie character, they will be able to control the murderous tendencies of the character, but the thoughts of the demigod will be affected by it. It is up to the demigod to act upon these thoughts.

Campers will also speak in the manner their character speaks. If their character is British, their voice will come out with a British accent. If they belong to the middle ages, the only words that will come out of their mouths would be from that certain peroid.

The demigods will also have the powers of their characters. For example, if the demigod is dressed up as an X-men mutant, they will have the powers of that mutant characters.

Reminders:

This plot drop is happening throughout the whole event, but IC, it only happened the night of the Halloween celebration.

The same rules apply to the event. Triggers should also be kept in mind.

Don’t forget to tag your starters as ‘ilievent’ with ‘ilistarter’ to differentiate the starters for the event.

Horror Forest

Various campers have been preparing the forest for our halloween celebration. Paths are being made along the darkest parts of the forest, which are being filled with horrors that you can only imagine. The paths are ever changing as you enter through the maze that will take you to the other side of the forest, and into the halloween celebration party.

However, to get through the forest, plants with ominous origins will try to trip you and make you lose your way in the forest. Minor monsters will also be in the forest, which you will have to defeat.There will be trigger traps that release illusions to frighten even the best and toughest of demigod heroes.

If you choose not to go through the whole of the forest, a sphinx will appear in the form of a holographic cloud, and will offer you a riddle to solve before they let you out of the forest. If you are unable to do so, a path will appear and you may have to run for your lives.

Halloween Party

Rest assured that we know that the horror forest is not for everyone. Therefore, we will also provide a path for campers to go through without passing through the forest, to go to the celebration itself. Camp counselors have organized a safe space in the forest where a celebratory feast will happen.

In one corner of the party, a screen will be provided for the whole day screening of horror movies for the campers who choose to watch them. There will be a variety, from Japanese horror movies to halloween-themed animated movies. Of course, the animated movies will come first for the youngest campers.

The green will become a dance floor with spooky music by a DJ, for those who are interested. It will continue all night, with strobe lights that will become separate from the rest of the party.

All around, there will be different halloween-themed events, from trick-or-treating, to apple bobbing. There will also be a halloween costume contest wherein the vote will be up to the campers as well.

Rules:

If you decide to go through the forest, you may use any halloween and monster gif that you want. However, keep in mind to tag triggering subjects for our fellow muns.

All rules that we have still apply for the event.

If you do want to have a major plot twist to happen, please do message the main first before pushing through with it.

Keep in mind:

You are not required to post the costumes of your characters, however, we encourage you to do so to keep the halloween spirit!

There will also be a plot drop during the event, which you should all watch out for.
