“I think if we put more emphasis on this part of the choreography to compliment the flow of the rapping, it would be really cool.” The trainee spoke thoughtfully as the song played throughout the practice room for the umpteenth time that day. Most of the choreography had already been figured out but there were still bits and pieces that her and her team members felt that needed some polishing up before any of them could be satisfied with it. That’s what was great about working with other dancers; everyone just wanted to show their best work and effort. Turning her attention towards the other beside her, she gave them a smile. “What do you think, sunbaenim?”

annoyance flashed in bong ki’s eyes - often times idols lost the fire in their moves, perhaps due to being tired or them believing  that they didn’t have to work as hard as they used to, while they were trainees. and bong k couldn’t help but feel disgruntled by the performance from the king’s member. even if he knew jeese had issues, it didn’t stop the fact that bong ki was getting pissed, which was evident with his jawline clenched, and his finger pressing the music off. “ take a break, you’re not getting any fucken better.”

Walking in he sat on the edge of the bed where the younger was laying and carded his fingers through Jesse’s blond hair. “You okay Jess? You haven’t gone out or really left this room sine the concert ended. You got me worried here.” he said looking down at him. Jesse was like a brother to him so he was always naturally worried for the younger.

the declaration has her opening her mouth in protest, and she shakes her head vehemently. she knows he cares, but he’s definitely overreacting. her injury can’t possibly be that bad. “it’s not that bad, i swear! all i did was miss a step during that dance routine. it’s probably just a sprained ankle, nothing i haven’t dealt before. i don’t want to make a big deal out of it. i have to be fine.” never mind that every time she tries to take a step it’s spiked with pain.

          “ oh, hello jesse-sunbaenim ! ” the trainee’s eyes widened and she bowed almost immediately, a small flush coming to her cheeks and a light flutter coming to her stomach. a polite smile displayed, jiyeon swallowed, trying her best to regain a confident composure while in the presence of someone she found to be quite intimidating. “ i-is it your time to use the practice room? i can leave, if you would like -- ”
