Along with all the effects and stuff, there's lots of little ways that ikesen eien has had a lot of work down on little, unnecessary things. Wherever they feasibly could, they broke from the ikepri/vil pattern.

Kenshin is a little socially awkward, but he's still better with people than Yoshiteru. I guess if you mean the yandere thing, but that's just a trope, it's not unique to Kenshin, and Kenshin is a fairly mild yandere, at that. Otherwise, I think they have nothing in common that they don't have in common with other characters.
I guess you're saying Kicho because it seems like they're both willing to do awful things for what they believe is a better world? But at that point you could also list Kennyo, Motonari, and even Shingen. Kicho also clearly has no plans to rule nor wants any authority for himself, unlike cult leader Yoshiteru. Or if you mean the time travel thing, but they're also going about that completely differently, arguably Kicho has more in common with Mai on that end than Yoshiteru. Kicho isn't manipulating time itself, he just knows the outcome so is trying to change that, and while he can get creepy, he's not doing anything anywhere near as disturbing as what Yoshiteru is doing.
What if, next time there's an event with a Kenshin story, I change my username to "Nobunaga"? 🤔
