First lot of edits done for the final chapter of this installment, it’s such a short chapter again but tomorrow I’ll be going through it again to fill it out more (I’m so bad at descriptors!) and probably add some extra bits as it seems a little rushed.
You get a nice bit of fluff in this chapter, just a shame I’m such an asshole!

Been doing some early editing for the next chapter and there are actually 13 chapters! So only 2 left, sad time’s! But it means I can focus solely on the second book and (hopefully) overcome my block.
The second book you’ll see some new magic being used. One of them being time travel magic, and you’ll learn more about the politics of the world and also the huge problems with society (sexism, racism, etc) and you’ll also meet some new, and maybe some old characters. I’m really excited to really start getting into the flow of the plot. I haven’t quite decided yet how long the series is, I’m pretty much just feeling it out and seeing where it takes me with some key elements for the plot but other than that I’m basically just letting my imagination guide me as I write.
If anyone is reading, and is interested, feel feel to drop me some asks about the characters or anything you’re confused about in the story so far.

Kind of got distracted from character profiles today and drew a full body Kara. And I modelled my own reference, aha! Was kinda fun.

My stylus was there when I arrive home yesterday, and I downloaded Procreate. Been having a play around with it and now I’m onto designing the front cover of my book.
I used a reference for the bodies because I suck at proportions, and can’t draw well from imagination. Over the next couple of days I’ll be teaching myself how to draw realistic looking clothes because right now the sketch looks too simple. Man, been years since I’ve drawn but drawing on my phone just gives me such a rush, I didn’t know I needed digital art in my life so much.
