17. what is your favorite line you've ever written?
Again, terribly rude to make me choose. I have so many favorites and most of them are the silly ones, but I do really love this section from the end of I just need this love spiral:
“From now until the day I die, I vow to myself to tell him this at every chance I get, because being known by him and loved by him is the greatest honor of my life. I will love him in the mornings, before the sun has risen outside our open window, and in the middle of the night when he guards me from my worst nightmares. I will love him when the world feels gray and I can’t get out of bed, and when his knuckles go white and he can’t remember what’s real or not.”
49. do you want to be published some day?
I don’t think so. I am planning to start working on an original novel soon because it’s on my bingo card for the year. But it’ll be heavily based off of Taylor swift songs and I don’t know publishing/copyright laws, so I’ll probably just end up posting that to ao3 when it’s done. Maybe after that I might get inspired to write more original work, but for the time being I’m really loving having a hobby that’s not monetized at all.
78. how do you choose where to end a chapter?
Vibes. Purely vibes. Like 5% of the time I have a specific end point in mind, the rest of the time either I’m playing out a conversation until there’s a natural cutaway point, or they’re going to bed lol
