More or less yes. While the whole accident does haunt him from time to time, he's come to terms with it mostly. It's now just a sore spot. As for his other darker experiences he feels little regret. He's just not one to dwell, though he'll never forget a person he couldn't save.

a visitor? hands clasped together right below her abdomen. an old habit that refused to wilt and disappear, she stands up, body filled with the most grace and posture she could muster. it's been so terribly odd in her part to meet all the various people, wearing clothing she found very very different.

no that didn't sound right. & now she's made a mistake.
but this was never her forte so she had an excuse. it straightened things out. made them even. she tries again. this time with more pep, and less of an accent. oh how she wished she wasn't alone in this journey.
