This is an oilskin bag, so while it's waterproof, it's not airtight. Things inside may still get wet if you don't seal the top well. The waterproof material means it won't suck up the water you're swimming in, which in turn will decrease weight and drag.
There is a clasp mechanism that, once you've tightly rolled up the top, will keep it closed. If you like we can make a waistbelt, or shoulder straps. Or both!
I have a few color choices if you don't like blue. If you'd rather have it made of permeated leather we can do that too, but it won't hold up as well against seawater.

(lol I have this in real life, it's called a Dry Bag! It's used for watersports aquatic activities like scuba. Oilskin is thick canvas that's been infused with water-repellant oil. Permeated leather is the same, just leather instead of canvas)
"Well, things inside getting wet shouldn't be too much of an issue! It was avoiding drag and water damage to the bag without compromising space, I was more concerned with. She swims wicked fast for a mix of both straps; is probably best to make sure it doesn't slip off. Though blue probably wouldn't work. The bags for my friend, and she wanted something that wouldn't grab too much attention, and blue would pop off her orange like a beacon." He thought for a moment before shouting "OI! Bingster c'mere for a sec!"
"Mn-yes~!" Bingle cooed as he scrambled up a rockface to be more eye level with Fjord. "I'm getting Zalfe a bag, and this crafter was asking if we needed to make changes."
"Pink?! Are you mad! That would also stand out!" Fjord scoffed. "But Zalfe LIKES pink! It would look nice with her beads!" Bingle argued back.
"She ALSO LIKES blue, but she specifically asked for it to not be attention-grabbing." He frowned. "What about brown outside and pink inside? So it's boring outside, but nice when she opens it!" Bingle chirped.
"OUGH! Smart thinking, Bing!" Fjord said with a snap of his fingers
"Do you think you could do something like that, where it's more dull and dark, like brown or something outside, but the insides bright and pink?"
"If it's not too much trouble, of course! Also, if you need to know the size of the recipient so the bag fits her, she's 12ft 2in."
