Had the most expensive dinner of my life with my favorite person last night to celebrate our 10 yr wedding anniversary in the same city we spent our (sort of) honeymoon. This meal featured the best steak I've ever had. Apparently, I thought I'd had good steak, really good steak before this. Gibson's proved that I hadn't had beef at its finest, hadn't experienced it at its full potential.
