Ignis knew where this was leading and their exchange had left him harder than he ever thought possible.

"I don't want you." She whimpered through her lie, her small body trembling against his lean, muscular one.

So...yeah, I realized after watching KH3 and Episode Ignis that Riku and Ignis...are the same XD. Or not in everything, not in personality...but in the depths of their love and the willingness to die or see the world burn is the same. They are both ride or die friends. Both fight to the death to save their beloved...

Like, the words are more eloquent in my head but after writing this down I can see im not describing it write...

But not sure when it starts...Also for the piece I’m attempting, it’s gonna be a big ass crossover, may contain OT4 or just Ignoct and Promptio, it’s gonna be mafia/Verses universe...and gonna contain magic, police and fucking Etro and Jenova....

What am I thinking??

who’s messier? - Noctis

do they fight often? - Not physically but they do argue and normally would talk it out. When they can’t deal with each other, they take time away before addressing the issue once more. They don’t fight often, Noctis looks to Ignis as guidance and Ignis speaks his mind even if it’s controversial. They both know each other and can predict how the other would react

who’s the funnier drunk? - Noctis. He’s short and gets drunk quicker than the others. Noct thought he could out-drink Gladio and Cidney

who’s uncomfortable with PDA and who loves it? - Ignis is more reserved of the two who doesn’t do PDA, it has nothing to do with the stigma of being in a same-sex relationship or the fact that Noctis is a prince who will one day be expected to marry a woman and sire heirs for the throne. While that doesn’t bother Noctis in the slightest, Noctis has his naughty moments of stealing a kiss in public. Especially in situations when someone is trying to steal Ignis away from him

who texts more often? - Noctis. And in emoji just to annoy Ignis. Ignis texts too but he prefers calling unless he cannot reach Noctis

big spoon/little spoon? - Ignis is the big spoon, Noctis insists on being that but his sleeping habits have him all over the place and under Ignis’ shirt. So while they are just settled in bed, Ignis is the big spoon to Noctis’ little spoon

who made the 1st move? - Noctis. Ignis kept his feelings in check because fear that confessing would make their relationship awkward after that. Ignis has to be at Noctis’ side of course as his advisor but he is also friends with Gladio and Prompto and any altercations because of a little slip would appear unnatural. Ignis would risk never saying anything just so the boys can always be together. Noctis had no idea that Ignis was hiding that from him but he confessed anyway and he felt like shit, that he ruined everything but Ignis acknowledged and returned his feelings

any nicknames? - They’re both not into genetic nicknames that your typical couples nauseatingly call each other. Ignis has “Highness” and “Noct” while Noctis has “Speccy” and “Iggy”. However, when they were children, Noctis insisted that Ignis call him “Nocty” instead of “Your Highness” all of the time to distinguish away from the detaching connotations that brought. Ignis obliged but no longer uses it now, only when he’s feeling irritated and cheeky when Noctis calls him “Speccy” and Ignis loathes “Speccy” nearly as much as Noctis regrets that childhood discussion. Of course when the boys finds them go after each other with those embarrassing nicknames, the two of them never lived it down

the most embarrassing music on their phone? - Ignis swears in Etro’s name that he will never take on Prompto’s anime suggestions. Prompto loves anime (an otaku without the negative connotations, a huge nerd) and though Ignis doesn’t care for that media, the blonde swears that the anime would be something Ignis would be into and makes constant references to it which perplexes Ignis frequently. Then one day, Ignis forgot to mute his phone when it went off - that anime that Prompto recommended - was chiming the anime’s opening. Ignis is actually a closeted fan when he actually took Prompto’s recommendation into consideration one day and ended up marathoning the entire thing; went as far as to download the OST into his phone. Prompto had that shit-eating grin ever since, he once showed Ignis tickets he won for the musical adaptation to which Ignis could not meet his eyes while tearing it from the blonde’s fingers faster than he could blink Ignis likes Ace Attorney and would have the Steel Samurai theme song or Godot’s The Fragrance of Dark Coffee  for his ringtone, his love for it is something he cannot explain because the characters are uniquely eccentric and most of the things in it carry inaccuracies of how the law system really is

what’s “their song”? - Besides the national anthem of FFXV “Stand by Me”? Maybe “Deathbeds” by Bring Me The Horizon or “I Walk the Line” by Halsey or “The Definition of Not-Leaving” by Hands Like Houses. I need to listen to more music...

who reads more? - Ignis, definitely Ignis. Not that Noctis didn’t enjoy reading, he’s just no bookworm and he rather prefers reading Prompto’s manga and comics than political documents, treaties, legislature and of the like than nonfiction narratives that Ignis would enjoy. Ignis is more book smart and learns about different cultures and geography mostly from what he reads

who remembers anniversaries? - Both of them do though Ignis would have an easier time doing so with his meticulous scheduling

who is better with kids? - Noctis. Ignis is pretty awkward with them and it can be downright ugly if those kids were recalcitrant towards him. But with Noctis, he felt he can emphasize with kids better, once being a kid himself and gone through the same experiences, he’s a gentle soul even if they mess with him. Ignis is more likely to strike them if they think they could get away with it. Of course if they agreed to have kids together, Ignis wouldn’t do such a thing

who tops/bottoms? - I’d like to say they alternate, brings a little spiciness to the bedroom with the new methods and positions they would perform. I feel like Noctis could top

what’s their favorite activity? - I’d say whenever those two are together or with the bros probably doing something mischievous or playing a game of cards. Strip poker. Ignis enjoys watching Noctis play the piano, it was something Noctis hated touching but he had those lessons anyway and he’s not too bad at it, so when Noctis plays Ignis considers it a rare opportunity to pause and hear him play. Noctis likes watching Ignis cook in the kitchen, not only does he enjoys the aroma, but he can see the advisor really putting his heart into what he loves. He asked Ignis why he doesn’t become a chef and Ignis tells him that would mean not being to serve Noctis. That and all the food would be gone before Noctis could have a bite

weirdest hobbies? - Besides Ignis trying to get Noctis to eat his damn vegetables? Oh wait, that’s not a hobby, that’s a life style. Noctis collects frogs for some reason... and he’s the only one who would touch them, a weird hobby he’s had ever since he was a boy

who would make a blanket fort? would the other help? - Noctis would make the fort and Ignis is given the incentive of cuddling in it if he helps, just as long as they don’t get caught by Gladiolus and Prompto, they ruined the last one

who cooks? - Ignis. Noctis cannot cook anything to save himself and most likely would burn down the entire kitchen and surrounding area if nobody is watching him, but... the heir apparent makes one mean burnt toast; one bite is all you need, if the presentation don’t turn you away, its texture and appearance will horrifyingly astound you. Ignis learned how to cook because of Noctis, not just because Noctis sucks at cooking but because he wanted to provide an arsenal of skills at the prince’s disposal

how do they eat ice cream? what’s their favorite flavors? -

who said “i love you” first? - They have no problem saying it because they are friends without thinking hard about what it really meant to them, maybe they would put it off as a joke. But Noctis was the first one to say those three words first and Ignis wondered what he did to deserve them. Talk may appear cheap considering his duties and some unhealthy relationships he was entangled in, but he never thought he wanted to hear those words until the moment Noct first said them

do they go on dates? what are they like? - Casual. Nothing stuffy like the political events they go to. Noctis hates wearing ties and hearing boring speeches. He once snored during an opera and that got Ignis and Noctis both kicked out. No more operas for those two

christmas traditions? - The chocobros have that tradition of inviting everyone who are not the Niflheim Empire to the party at the Insomnia Mansion. Gladiolus is in charge of finding the biggest tree and taking it down. Noctis and Prompto get to put up decorations. Ignis in the kitchen whipping up a feast, goodies, and all the hot chocolate they could drink. Oh, and they get drunk too. Notoriously drunk. Roaring drunk. While playing Christmas games too. Lots of other things happen that if someone does remember they never speak of it again. Ignis and Noctis have that mistletoe tradition since it always finds them

do they go trick or treating? who stays home and hands out the candy? - Unless they have kids, they would go out trick or treating. But both prefer staying at home and watching Halloween movies, probably not the scary kind unless it’s for the excuse to hold their partner. Ignis has to make sure that Noct doesn’t eat too much candy; he brought the candy for the trick-or-treaters

do they stargaze? expand. - OH DO THEY. When they were children, Ignis introduced Noctis the constellations in the books he found one day and Noctis proposed going to the roof to look at the stars. The capital’s pollution and lights made it impossible for them to see them and while disappointed, both of them enjoyed themselves. Years later, Ignis takes Noctis to look at the stars, impressing Noctis that he had remembered. Noctis then impresses Ignis with the terms he learned from him, even going far to show off from the books Ignis didn’t show him. Noctis loved the stars and he felt he had to educated himself a little more on them to impress Ignis. They both agreed that they must stargaze more often and to bring the other two with them next time

who’s the laziest? - Well, I wouldn’t call Noctis lazy, I would say that he finds the quickest way to finish everything and go back to sleep. Ignis would be working for hours on tasks and not be done completely. But I guess you can say Noctis is “lazy” compared to Ignis, especially when he wants to oversleep and take a number of naps during the day

who complains more? - Depends on the situation. If Noct is being forced to wake up in the morning or being stuffed into proper attire for a meeting, he would complain. If Ignis was being persuaded to come along and do something risky with the boys, he would complain the entire way even if where they were headed wasn’t trespassing

who wakes up earlier? - Ignis. Before his alarm could wake him up. In fact, the alarm is only there to tell him that it’s time for Noctis to wake up and Ignis spends an half hour trying to get him to wake up everyday

who’s more protective? - They’re both protective of each other, they got each other’s backs, but Ignis is the more protective one. Gladiolus’ job never got so much easier when Ignis is almost always at Noctis’ side in battle, ready to help him up, heal, and shield his body over Noctis’

who gets jealous easily? - Noctis. He can’t stand losing or giving his right-hand man to just anyone.

how do they cuddle? when and where? - They would cuddle on the sofa or on a bed, one of them would be resting their head on the other’s chest. Noctis would be the first to fall asleep though for the two to enjoy it for long, but Ignis loves having his prince in his arms

how did they meet? - They met when they were children. Their parents had introduced them and while it was rocky in the beginning, Ignis found himself caring for Noctis and wanted to stand by his side

what do they smell when they smell amorentia? - Ignis smells... citrus with a hint of lemon, burnt sugar, Noctis’ body wash. Noctis smells... laundry just pulled out of the dryer, a musky cologne combined with strong coffee, and his favorite stew prepared by Ignis

what lockscreens do they have? - They’re not normally the kind of couple to have lockscreens of each other. Noctis’ lockscreen would either have dogs Umbra or Lumen, the Carbuncle, his father and himself, the whole gang in a group picture, his motorcycle or the Regalia. Ignis’ lockscreen would either have stars, the universe, nature, perhaps a pic that Prompto took, a group photo of the chocobros, Cidney, and Cid in front of the Regalia, or default

how many emojis do they use and which ones? - Ignis doesn’t use emojis and texts properly. Noctis, however, doesn’t care, it takes less time doing it his way and he uses all the chocobos, moogles, and faces that express how tired, annoyed, and bored he is. He just uses faces he texts out and they perplex everyone considerably. At least it’s nothing compared to Prompto, who uses all the emojis that he needs his own dictionary to translate

who throws ill-advised parties? - Noctis. It’s all fun and games until you have to take someone to the hospital and someone had to explain to Cor and Regis what happened

who sets the other’s ringtone to something loud and obnoxious behind their back? - Noctis. To pay Ignis back for waking him earlier than he agreed to

lick-claiming. who does it? is the other deterred? - Noctis does it and though Ignis sighs in exasperation of how juvenile and how unsanitary that habit is, Ignis takes the item that has been licked, making sure that Noctis’ gaze is on him and licks the same spot sensually and suggestively. Noctis finds it suddenly hard to breathe and he knows he’s in trouble. Then Ignis just ruins the mood, laughing that the act was too much even for him and Noctis laughs nervously, agreeing but cursing to himself that he was getting into it...

who glitterizes everything? - Noctis. At least the vegetables, one of the many ways to get out of eating them. If he puts glitter on the veggies, Ignis wouldn’t eat them and in association Noct wouldn’t have to either

who is obsessed with HSM? - Ignis. He loves the specials on cooking tools and recipe books especially when celebrity chefs are marketing them in person. He also uses it to compile lists of birthday present ideas and would cancel many of them frequently

who draws sharpie dicks on the other when they get blackout drunk? - Noctis on Ignis. Both don’t have much of an alcohol tolerance level to begin with besides a little wine tasting at social gatherings and religious engagements. But drunk!Noctis is much like a three year old who complains about taking a nap and nobody is gonna stop him while drunk!Ignis is more likely to rant, sing, do something uncharacteristic before passing out. Noctis is more easy to convince to do something while drunk and that’s when Prompto and Gladiolus got him to draw dicks on Ignis’ face. In the morning Noctis doesn’t remember doing this and when Ignis meets the guys first thing, Noctis ends up spitting out his coffee while the other two laugh

who uses chopsticks/can either of them use chopsticks? - Both can use chopsticks. Royalty and staff of the royal court must be refined in all forms of etiquette and cultural sensitivity. It would be pretty embarrassing if you misuse your host’s utensils. But I have an idea where Ignis and Noctis feed each other and reaching over to steal something off their plates/bowls or putting food on each other’s plates. So cute when Noctis makes Ignis tilt and open his mouth and then suddenly plop the meat back into his own mouth lol

when they can’t sleep what do they do? - Noctis is afflicted by his insomnia because of the trauma he went through. When he gets up in the middle of the night, he tries his best not to wake Ignis, but Ignis already knows because of the tossing and turning he makes. After assuring Ignis that he’s fine, Noctis gets up to get a drink of water and he would try walking in the mansion or outside to clear his head and try to get back to bed, it’s not always successful. Ignis would try to embrace him and run his fingers through Noct’s hair and back and that usually calms him down. Ignis happens to be a light sleeper and when he wakes up, it takes time for him to go back to sleep. Some nights, Noctis sleeps like a log and curled up into a ball. Ignis finds solstice in hearing his lover breathe and sleep easily for once. But if both are awake and unable to sleep, they snuggle, talk quietly, sometimes they just don’t need to talk at all and listen to the other’s breathing, assured that they’re still alive. They pass gentle kisses here and there and caress each other’s cheeks. How much you wanna bet that they suffer from PTSD if they survive the game’s events?

what order do they wash themselves in the shower? - Noctis would take the longest time in the shower, but he starts from the bottom up. Ignis, however, does try to save water and goes from top to bottom. If they were to share a shower together and if they’re not running late (and if it wasn’t some ploy to escape an important obligation, Ignis would scrub Noct’s hair clinically, touching where is appropriate while Noctis scrubs Ignis’ shoulders, chest, and neck. That could disappoint Noctis because Ignis never seems distracted or ever let loose. It’s a non-sexual shower. But Ignis does gasp “Highness!” when Noctis elicit a pleasure spot. Ignis, being taller than Noct, would lower himself so Noctis doesn’t slip trying to reach up there

who impulse buys? - Noctis. When they should be saving money on this road trip, Noctis had been used the lavish life style and reckless expenses. Ignis had been in charge of the wallet, yet they ended up hopelessly broke when they needed it to repair the Regalia, all because Ignis couldn’t say no to Noctis. He just had to get those ear phones so he could watch his dramas, he just had to get sunglasses to protect his eyes from the sun’s glare... Ignis makes Noctis happy... by letting him do what he wants

who’s clumsier? - Noctis.

what are their coffee orders? - They both drink Ebony coffee, either Noctis likes the buzz of the caffeine or that’s all they have to drink. Just that Noctis likes his ridiculously sweet or in the form of a frappuccinos. Since they’re so used to drink from each other’s cups, Ignis mistakenly takes Noctis’ and makes a face, wondering why if Noctis actually tastes what he consumes. Noctis does the same thing and he chokes to which Ignis chastises him not to waste it. Ignis: fresh brewed black coffee, prefers it hot but doesn’t mind it iced, no sugar, milk, or cream. Noctis: if he had a choice besides Ebony, he would be the one to go after seasonal drinks or lattes with caramel sauce and whipped cream, something fancy and sickeningly sweet for Ignis to handle

what apps do they have? - Noctis: sleeping apps put in by Ignis to wake him up and monitor his sleep, fishing apps, ect. Ignis: recipes, cooking show apps, exercise

From the Send Me a Pairing and a Number and I’ll Write You A Drabble

1. “Come over here and make me.”

“Highness,” Ignis began when he heard the screen door of the caravan whine open. Without looking up from his sewing, he knew it was Noctis. He had been expecting the crown prince to arrive after settling the bill for the night’s duration. Gladiolus and Prompto had already retired for bed. “Heading off to bed?”

Noctis entered the room Ignis was in and after a quick scan of the room, he gave a nod to the other man sitting at the table. “Yeah, I’m ready to hit the hay. What about you, Speccy?”

Now that the prince mentioned it, the royal advisor suddenly felt the fatigue settling in his hands and back. The light emanated from the lamp nearby was starting to make his eyes ache. Placing down the needle and a shirt he had been working on, he glanced up to meet Noctis’ weary smile. Adjusting his glasses, he detected a large tear along the side of Noctis’ shirt. “You have a tear on your shirt. Was it from an encounter with the Magitek troops today? ”

Noctis followed Ignis’ eyes and lifted the shirt. “It’s just a small one. I can buy another shirt at the next shop if it bothers you.”

Ignis thrust his hand out. “Nonsense. Give it here and I’ll fix it.”

“Isn’t it late for that?” Noctis asked wryly.

“Never when it comes to heeding my duties. Now hand it over, highness.” Ignis emphasized with an impatient wave of his fingers.

Noctis gave a grunt of amusement as he crossed his arms. “Come over here and make me.” He challenged with a cheeky smirk.

Ignis’ tilted his head, uncertain if he heard those words correctly. “Make you, you say?”“Don’t make me repeat myself.”

Ignis rose from his seat and met Noctis with his back against the wall. Lowering his gaze to the shorter man locked between his arms, he dropped his voice to a husky whisper, “I got you where I want you… Do you want to take it off while you still can or are you going to make me go through the trouble?” One hand had already lingered at the hem of the other man’s shirt, teasing the tender flesh underneath.

“You already know the answer to that. You are attentive to heeding your duties.” Noctis baited against Ignis’ mouth.
