Not feeling great today so it's all been basic stuff. Breakfast was a mushroom, tomato, onion and ham omelette with tinned plum tomatoes for extra speed. Lunch was a wholemeal roll (hexb), 2 syns for a spoon of lighter than light mayo, more lettuce than was strictly necessary, free chicken tikka chunks, and a couple of boiled eggs. It was a lot of protein for me so I didn't finish it all.
