The sound of footsteps is what caused Bane to look up from where he'd been standing in the hallway, thoughts about what to do for the day quickly leaving his mind as he watched her approach and listened to what she had to say.
The manor was large and confusing, even him having gotten lost several times when he'd first come here. Still, survivors rarely ended up so lost that they got this deep in the hunter's side of it.
Why couldn't she have just stuck around with the other survivors instead of wandering around all alone?
For a few moments he remained silent, simply contemplating the idea of just abandoning her so that she could sort it all out herself.

No, he sighed. It'd be for the best that he help her. Less trouble than letting her wander for who-knows-how-long in this part of the manor...
"Where is it that you wish to go? Come and I'll take you there."
