Last day of 2017 is a great day to reflect on the past year before starting fresh. You can look back on the things you accomplished and make new goals. You can also learn lessons from the things that didn’t go as planned. This year I started a new job which is challenging and rewarding. I love going to work and I enjoy the creative and inspiring people! My fitness journey is still going strong. I am more passionate about fitness than ever before. I have a new love for my body and what it can do. My biggest fitness moment was going to the @toneitup tour this fall and meeting my two fast friends @kenziehodak and @mariapetredis! And obviously meeting @karenadawn and @katrinaascott was pretty amazing!! This year also had some lows. I lost my biggest cheerleader, Nana. She meant a lot to me and I missed her at the holidays but I know she is watching over the family. She always said I work too much so this year I made an effort to travel more and enjoy life outside the office. I went to SoCal, Aruba, Boston, New York City and took my first girls trip to Nashville! Already looking forward to 2018 travel plans. I’m so happy to finally have friends who lift each other up. I love dinners with my high school friends (@k07george, @brittni66, @audreenava, @mmoyer413) to dance floors with @hollbabe182 and hunting zombies with @jamesduchateau. I also opened myself up to finding love this year. It didn’t work out but I’m not going to let it stop me from finding someone who adds to my life. In the meantime I continue to work on myself with therapy every once in awhile to keep anxiety at bay and inner chatter down to a whisper. I also practice self love with mediation, yoga, and manicures! I look forward to what the new year brings and January is a great month, all you fellow Capricorns know what I’m talking about! #2017bestnine #2017overandout #2017reflections #yearinreview #myyear #fitnessjourney #2017travel #ididalright #capricornseason (at Pennsylvania)
