O primeiro passo é você ter o app "picsart" logo depois de entrar pegue sua imagem vai em "ferramentas", clique em "virar/rodar" (eu tive que ir em recortar pois minha imagem estava grande e quem quiser fazer o mesmo apenas veja na imagem número 2), clique em "direita" mas se quiser do outro lado apenas clicam em "esquerda", logo que terminarem cliquem na seta que está em cima e vão em "adicionar foto" e peguem a mesma foto, depois que fizerem isto vão na borracha que esta do lado da seta e coloquem em pessoa para tirar o fundo, se ficar com alguns pedaços vão em "apagar" e se tirar muito vão em restaurar e passa na parte, depois que salvarem na seta vão em "efeitos" coloquem no efeito "desfoque de" e se ficar bagunçado demais recomendo colocar o efeito "brilho", depois apenas vão na seta e salvam a imagem.
