it’s not the strangest thing that he’s heard, far from it, actually. honestly, it’s amusing how the girl had taken such a roundabout way to describe a “bonsai” ( though he won’t blame the other for being worried about others not knowing what the term means, especially considering how the village is a mish-mash of people from all different worlds and all different cultures ). a respectable hobby for someone so young. ozpin remembers when he himself had gardened-- it’s a hobby that’s dearly missed, even with all the unpleasant memories attached. ( after all, you can never quite get rid of those in any situation. ) perhaps if he finds himself inclined to, he’ll pick up the activity again.
