Well, for Louhou, he would've been born with more than one pair of ears, either six or four. His powers also would've leaned more toward the "eye-laser" and "shadow manipulating" flavor instead of his canon "sharp-shooter with some stone monkey oomph" powers. He'd take more after Macaque in features and his golden fur would be less pale.

As for Jidu, he'd be a tiny, male RinRin with ice powers. His coloring would be lighter and he'd have a few of Shanzha's traits (like her face mask coloring/shape and having fur more suitable for colder climates).

What was Yue’s reaction both to the news that she was going to have little siblings, and her reaction to meeting them for the first time?

Well, Yue didn't exactly react to the news that she was going to have siblings. It's more like she reacted to her parental unit telling her that they were planning on younger siblings. She was super supportive and a bit excited at the news. She always felt bad that the time difference meant that she was away more often than not, so it was good they were filling the void she left behind and expanding the family. Unfortunately, Heaven caught wind when Yue told Longnu and Red Son about her possible little siblings and freaked out. They pretty much banned the Parental Quartet from having kids.

One of the To-Do fics in my list is going to cover how Yue works around that ban and whips out a pair of eggs. Needless to say, after all of that, she's relieved and overjoyed to meet her brothers when they hatch from their eggs. There's some crying and definitely a lot of cuddling.

The LMK gang minus MK would be so smug and teasing when seeing Yuetian. They'd be surprised about her sworn siblinghood with Red Son, though, in an "oooh, drama" way.

MK, meanwhile, would be flustered.

Canon Wukong would be uncomfortable at the idea of another him being married at some point and would be unsure of how to handle this stranger who seems to know him so well. He wouldn't be surprised that the marriage didn't last, though. (This is his self-hatred talking.)

Shanzha, I think that one’s pretty obvious, but what about Macaque and RinRin? (Especially Macaque, when did he shift from niece mode to daughter mode?)

Macaque jumped into parenthood after he came to terms with the fact that he was Yue's uncle. There wasn't an "uncle mode" or a "dad mode," just a "this child is mine to protect and cherish mode." An "I love this very stressed and traumatized child like she is my own mode." By everything but name, Macaque was a father by the time Chapter 4 rolls around. He still thinks of himself as her "Uncle" since it was the first and arguably the most important connection between them.

RinRin, on the other hand, came into the relationship as a stranger burdened with the duty of being a babysitter/mentor to a child. Her eventual role as one of Yue's parental figures was a slow burn. At the same time, it crept up on her without her realizing it. Maybe it was when Yue successfully lied her way into getting something she wanted in the clan. Maybe it was when Yue helped RinRin take off her mask. Maybe it was when she woke up one morning curled around Yue with Shanzha on the other end.
