Day 361 of 365 - Tide Gate - The massive tide gate suspended over the entrance to the west bound Midtown Tunnel in Norfolk Virginia. When lowered the gate completely seals the two lane wide roadway protecting the new tunnel from flooding. It was last lowered in September as test a few days before Hurricane Florence was projected to hit.
