Beer Camp White IPA with Yuzu / Sierra Nevada (Chico, CA), Kuichi Brewery (Ibaragi, Japan)
常陸野ネストとSierra NevadaのコラボレーションしたホワイトIPA。ゆずを副原料に使用している。アロマは強い柚子の香りで、その中にほのかにウィートのクローブ、そしてグラッシーなホップアロマが混じる感じ。フレーバーは強い柚子で、アフターノートに近づくとウィートのクローブ香が比重を増してくる。フィニッシュはすっきり爽やか、少しだけ酸味もあり、苦味はやや強め。引き締まった感じで美味しいIPAだ。
