Hello there friend! I’m so happy you tumbled onto my page. (Pun intended)

I think I’m pretty funny sometimes… others don’t think so, but I still like to make myself laugh so cheesy jokes it is!

My name is Shannan, I grew up in a little town in Ohio, you have probably never heard of it so I won’t even tell you the name. I grew up working my whole life, family businesses kind of help form a good work ethic at age 4. I grew up on a lake, with my amazing family. My momma the caring, give you the shirt off her back kinda gal(she gets that from her mom, my grandmother). My dad is the provider and the rock of our family. You got a problem, most likely he can fix it. I’m a daddy’s girl at heart and my momma is my best friend. I have a brother too… he OK… haha I kid I kid. He is more than a brother he is one of my best friends. I know if I need him he will be there, in a heartbeat. My grandma lives right next door, I was pretty blessed growing up (I still am too) to be surrounded by such an amazing family! Most people call their aunts and uncles their extended family but my Aunt Sammy, and UT (Uncle Tom) are part of my main family. They live in another state but sure didn’t miss a lot of me growing up. They always seemed to be there when it mattered most. They treat me like one of their own.

 I went to the same school for Kindergarten through my senior year. High school wasn’t anything to rave about. I hated it, I wasn’t the “cool kid”, most of the time I was “Zach’s little sister”. That was a blast—not! 

I went to college for business administration—I mean when your grandma, your brother and your aunt & uncle all own businesses why not?

Two and a half years ago, I packed up some totes and moved to South Dakota. When most people ask why I moved here or what brought me here, they usually give me the judgmental look when I tell them. Yep, I moved here for a boy. Enter Stephen! He’s my other half, my best friend, and some days my worst enemy. Our relationship is nothing but normal, heck we weren’t even in the same state when we started dating. No we didn’t meet on the internet, we went to the same high school and he play baseball with my brother. Anyways, we live in SD with our 3 beautiful puppies…which I post a lot about especially #DiamondDog .

Reviews -- there can never be enough people doing reviews right? I like to try new things, so I’ll give you the 411 when I do!

Dogs! --  Mostly probably my dogs and the cute things they do. Like eat stuff off the counter and chew up shoes.

Exercise/Healthy Eating – this probably should have been listed first since this will be the main focus or at least that’s the plan but I do get distracted easily… SQUIRREL! I like to work out and live a balanced lifestyle…because pizza, wine and tacos. Ohh and margaritas. I am down 35 pounds, I start a new program in a week, so you will get the inside details to that.

Law Enforcement Life-- I didn’t grow up in it so I am still learning daily what its like to be a law enforcement family.
