What started as a culturally diverse gathering of neighbors with picnic baskets and lawn chairs, enjoying local musicians from the community turned into a phenomenal event happening every Labor Day weekend. Last year’s event shattered all expectations: • More than 5,000 attendees—some coming from as far as Australia • Covered by LA Weekly • Three full nights of music • Dancing in the streets • Activities for children • Dance Contest • Arts, crafts and Jewelry from local artisans • Fabulous Foods from area restaurants And we're at it again this year! Come and experience one of the most diverse street and neighborhood gathering events in Los Angeles. It's grown to 3 days!!! Seventh avenue will close to vehicles and chairs and tables will rule!! Some chairs are provided but you can bring your own folding furniture.
