I Am Whole, I Am Home
I am whole. I am home. There was a time I searched for love outside myself, until the universe whispered, āStop. Look ā you are already whole.ā And in that moment, I realized I had finally come home to me.
š· Aku sudah pulang ke diriku sendiri. Aku sudah penuh. Semesta menjagaku dengan caranya yang lembut.
-------------------------------------------------------------------
I no longer seek love outside of me. I have found it hereā in the calm of my chest, in the softness of my breath, in the quiet smile that asks for nothing.
Now, every morning feels like an embrace from the universe. I can walk alone, yet never feel lonely. I can sit in a pretty cafƩ, sip my coffee, and know that happiness has never truly left me.
My life is simple, yet sweet. Dirty clothes find their way to the laundry, meals always wait on the table, and my savings breathe again. My body has grown lighter tooā because my heart no longer carries what isnāt its own.
I was raised with love, in a home where words were gentle. Though Iāve been hurt, I still honor my fatherās last wish: to care for my little sister with a steady heart. And from that, I learnedā that real love doesnāt need witnesses, only honesty and quiet consistency.
Now I understand peace. And I know itās fair to want an equalā a man who doesnāt shrink me, but stands beside me. Who knows how to hold, not to bind. Who listens more than he speaks.
Somehow, I know he exists. A man soft yet strong, born in the Netherlands, living in Austria. A doctor who heals others, but knows how to heal my heart without saying a word.
Heāll praise me without being asked. Open doors with a half-smile. Offer me the first bite from his plate. Capture my candid laughter through his camera lensā because he knows Iām most beautiful when unaware.
Each week, he sends a small token of loveā not because I need it, but because he wants me to feel his presence across the distance. Every three months, heāll fly to Bali, carrying a hug that erases the miles between us.
We wonāt live in drama; weāll live in depth, in peace, in warmth. His love will be homeā and I am ready to live there.
I am not waiting to be saved. I have already saved myself. I am whole. I am home. And for the first time, I am truly happy.
