How hard should we bet that, now that Haruki is here, the king still not only hates his child, but now also hates his grandchild. As yet again, Makoto has no princess to give to a prince π€
Actually, he's not too worried, he will simply arrange for another child to be had by the princess. After all, he's gotten what he wanted with Ayato. It's no longer his problem.
Plus, with Sakura not able to have a child and being able to simply have children given to them by women who do not want them, it's an embarrassment of riches. Surely he'll be able to get a granddaughter out of the deal eventually. Is he disappointed that Haruki is a boy? Only slightly, but it's not as big of a deal as it was for Sakura.
