Honest three of the best things you can do for yourself as an artist is collect information and references. if you need help, go to your source, review the thing and then, I’d say, take the CTRL Paint challenge and draw that thing 100 times.
Get a pinterest and use it for art. Most of my Pinterest is SOLELY for art education, improvement and reference. If its any help at all, here’s a link to mine. My ‘creation manual’ series is my trying my hardest to sort art education in the most efficient way possible for concept artists/illustrators/comic artists. MY most motivating/helpful board is ‘Raw Pencils’ tho. Just seeing other off the cuff loose sketches does wonders.
After that, deviantart tutorials are pretty good. Get an account, collect those. Good tutorials will lead you to similarly efficient ones on the sidebar. Like so. One example, Trisketched, is one of the most helpful accounts I know of. Consider commissioning him.
