every time i have a new idea for my wip i’m like “that is it. now it’s perfect. this’ll be the way i write it.” but then three chapters later i have another idea that requires me to turn everything upside down and i think “okay but NOW. now it’s perfect. let’s do this!!” and the cycle starts anew
#i'm a plotter#i outline EVERYTHING before i start writing#but the problem is#i take the whole 'no outline is final' thing too seriously#i keep CHANGING IT#AND CHANGING IT MASSIVELY#which is good#because it keeps getting better#but also#when will i be done#when will i be WRITING. just writing#although i have to say i love the outlining part the most so that's probably why#i just have so many ideas and i love thinking of new ways to apply them#but idk it hinders my progress word count wise
