when peggy hears the news about eliza , she breaks right then and there. former smile falling into choked sobs when the funeral came , people having to help her stand during the ceremony. when she goes home , she's quiet. she doesn't even say anything to angelica , she goes to her room. & she looks at all the gifts eliza had given her in the past. there was a blanket & when peggy held it , it smelled like eliza. & god , she would do anything to hug her again.
