Shuichi was laying down while playing a game on his DS. He didn’t mind Emi wanting to be on the bed with him, since she sometimes did that. And it also wasn’t the first time she bapped at his ahoge like it was a toy.

But feeling her starting to lick it, Shuichi brings a hand up to geently push her face back a little. “Heeey.... c-cut that out..” And then places a hand on his head to press the ahoge down so she can’t do that again.

The egg trembles and begins to crack. Slowly, a little head pushes the cracked shell away and the baby Pokémon emerges. It’s an Inkay!

It changes so it looks like its foe, tricks it, and then uses that opportunity to flee.
