just discovered what a quarter-life crisis was today, and i'm pretty sure i went thru that. it's basically a young adult version of a midlife crisis.
according to wikipedia, it can happen to ppl as young as 18. some of the symptoms include "anxiety, declining-self esteem, and intense identity questioning". i've experienced ALL OF THAT this year, so i can confirm.
