CW: mild head injury

I have a squick for head injury and I hit my on the trampoline bar

I just got home to my Nana's and she has a trampoline and I like to run toward it and pole vault yeet myself up onto it and then jump but I was wearing flips flops so I kicked them off and one flew under the trampoline

When I rolled on my rubber headband came up so I was just jumping with it

Also I had my phone in my hand so I threw it on the grass but it landed in some dirt

And I dropped a can on it when I was rearranging the cabinets because it fell out of the cabinet onto my phone and right next to the home button is a big hole and there is one single crack splitting my phone in half but it bends a little bit

And yeah so dirt was right next to that I'm pretty sure some got in but I don't know

Yeah I jumped off the trampoline and crouched because that is how you're supposed to land in the soft dirt

and then I had to get my flip-flops but it was under the trampoline and I didn't want to crawl through the dirt but it was pretty grassy and I had to get it anyway

So I crawled under the trampoline and got it but when I went to come back out from underneath I pick my head up too soon a hit on the bar

And I wasn't going to post about it but then I was just sitting in the grass and I realize my head was throbbing

It stopped now but I thought that it was noteworthy since I was in pain
