People are mad there aren’t dark skinned women on love Island and then turn around mad about the light skinned mixed women being cast, throwing insults at them and making snide comments about it being “half breed island” The jealousy is obvious. But when a mixed woman criticizes Black women, it suddenly turns into accusations of racism and colorism, with claims about oppression based on skin tone, even though they were the first ones throwing shots at mixed women in the first place. It’s always women tearing each other down, then getting offended when someone doesn’t call herself a “girls girl” or talks about negative experiences with other women. There’s constant hypocrisy in how women treat each other while demanding loyalty and calling others pick mes for doing the exact same thing. 🙄
